What happens when three old friends in crisis fall into an unexpected love triangle? In The Catch, Maya, Henry and Daniel embark upon an emotional journey that forces them to confront unresolved pain, present-day traumas and powerful desires, leading them to question the very meaning of love and fulfillment. The Catch tells a tale of ordinary people seeking the extraordinary – or, if that’s asking too much, some damn peace of mind.

I don’t know if it is because of McCourt’s past shenanigans or the present dragging out team sale or simply the lackluster team we have this year, but I cannot ever remember having less enthusiasm going into the season…

I sure hope I’m the first to post this: Two Royals teammates wearing Broxton’s pants:

I’m 2-0 so far, this will may be the peak for my bracket (though I’m doing ok with the 3 games going on now) ! I didn’t enter the DT bracket, because I had already been lured into the TBLA bracket before I realized you were going to run one as well. Good thing they didn’t count the play-in games, because I would have lost the Cal/South Florida game. Good luck with the rest of your bracket!

Looks like my Davidson pick could be my first defeat.

Nooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Tony La Russa might run Dodgers if billionaire Steve Cohen buys team”
TLR year one Plan: Kemp hits leadoff (he’s our best hitter, so let’s get him as many at-bats as possible), Kershaw is the closer (why waste him on five games that we’re going to lose; I prefer to use him only when we have a lead to nail down a guaranteed victory). Oh, and did I mention, I invented baseball?

Have we not suffered enough???

Has there been any recent news on Patrick Soon-Shiong? I’m still hoping that he decides to get involved and put Magic’s group over the top.

My fondest memories of Tony LaRussa are from 1988.

That was before baseball was invented. I think it was still called rounders back in the dead-muscle era.

When was the last time Todd Coffey beat out a ground ball to right field?
Anonymous
Todd Coffey has had just 10 PAs in his MLB career. He has struck out five times, sacrificed three times, and the other two times he grounded out to third and flied out to center.

Sounds close to never.

Wichita State is the first low seed to run into serious problems. However, I didn’t see the Syracuse-Asheville game

A very Macdougalish performance today, except in the sense that he didn’t allow any inherited runners to score.

What was the opinion on Bill’s performance?

Two people are 12 for 12. Only one lower seed has won so far.
