I was a 31 year old married man of two years living in a rented apartment in Brooklyn with my uninterested wife, in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, watching it on TV.
Others watched it on a giant TV screen right across the street from my house, which I could see on the building wall.
What a night. Will never forget.
